Very quick to take their "management" fees, very slow or even refuse to provide services and assistance. Amazing that they can continue to extract fees, but still refuse to assist when requested to do so. What a waste of taxpayer funds!

TRACI values apparently apply to frontline staff only. Management talk a big game, but leave home services and facilities CHRONICALLY understaffed. People and Culture take far too long to onboard anyone. There are some truly wonderful people working there, but they get overloaded to the point of breakdown. Steer clear.
