I recently had a visit to the ER that turned into an overnight stay. I found the RN's to be very nice and responsive, but would particularly like to commend the CNA's, who were very kind and empathetic. I don't think they make very much money, but they certainly put a lot of effort into their work and are deserving of a big pat on the back. I can't believe that I'm the first vegetarian patient the hospital has ever had, but the kitchen seemed a bit flummoxed having to come up with a vegetarian menu!
All the employees were so positive and caring. Best hospital ever!
When your nurses are talking shit about the patients... it tends to leave a bad impression. Never going to this place again.
I am taking a diabetes education class here and Mary Snyder is the Dietician and she is awesome! She had helped me so much I can't thank her enough!!! Thank you Mary Snyder!!!
I want to say thanks to all of emergency workers, nurses, doctors and front desk ladies in the emergency room of Baptist Med of Nassau county in Florida. They were absolutely amazing, polite, and great bed side manners for my mom. Oddly enough that was the best hospital visit ever. !!
I had sinus surgery and stayed at the hospital over night. The hospital is top notch from the check in to checking out. The doctors and nurses were top notch. Really cared and explained everything to me. The rooms were like staying at a 5 star hotel. They even called after my surgery to make sure I was feeling OK. I will recommend this pace to anyone needing hospital care!
