I came to this hospital with chest pain at 5 pm I seen the doctor once. Been here for 4 Hrs. Not told anything. They didn't offer me blanket didn't give me nothing for pain took there sweet time. Never came to check on me this is worst hospital ever!
Last night we had to take our grandson to the ER. We got there at 7:45 pm and was home by 8:30 pm. Dr. Fletcher was absolutely great and very gentle with our already frightened grandson. He talked to him with such a gentle voice that it calmed him during the procedure. The staff from check-in to out were very nice. This was by far, the best experience in all my Fernandina Home Grown years. Thank you Baptist Nassau!
Unprofessional. Lots of people smoking and drinking big gulps and gossiping but no one doing much medial care. Never going back. Been there twice, same experience both times.
Nurses treated me like I was crazy... And did nothing to make my visit acceptable... They should probably find a new profession
Please correct the spelling of the word Amelia at the Amelia cafe in the hospital. It's embarrassing that it's spelled incorrectly. Thank you.
I was in and out of the ER within 30 minutes. My only dislike was the bathroom was dirty. The fast track worked well today.
