I had a bad experience 8 years ago in the ER, making my opinion bad, but today I had surgery and the staff was amazing, the whole process pre op and all was a great experience. I have a very bad needle phobia, when the staff did my IV they did great numbing my arm ahead of time. I had never been offered that option before and I am so glad of, since I was having a rough time with my diabetes going low before surgery. The staff took action. As soon as I got there watching my CGM levels.

Sorry excuse for a hospital. They're nurses last night let a patient sit in they're diaper for over 6 hours from being told. If this is the wrong Fb page I'm sorry but Baptist Nassau needs to get it together. I can go on but ill leave it at that

Everyone, from the front door to the exit, from the volunteers to the doctors, are super-friendly, go the "extra mile" to be helpful, and are excellent at what they do.

Baptist Nassau ICU was amazing. The nurses went above and beyond and made things happen for my dad. You ladies are the best! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
