I went for an x-ray on Friday afternoon. Arrived 50 min before closing. They could not provide the service because IT guy had to enter previous person’s info and they didn’t know when he would be done. They told me to come some other time or go to Baptist South. Their explanation didn’t make any sense but I felt that further discussion was pointless. Very disappointing experience.
My son appt is at 10:00 am is 11:18 am we still waiting.

I come to the lab when my doctor wants me to get some because they’re faster than any quest or labcorp I’ve ever been to. They’re so friendly and nice in the lab too. They take walk ins and I never have to wait too long if at all. I also have been taking my son here since he was 3 for labs and they always get his vein on the first try!
I see my GP 2x a year. Easy to get appointments - always on time. Dr. Harrison is great. He takes his time - answers all of my questions & is very thoughtful. Plus I like that fact that the blood draw is next door, mammograms & X-rays too. It’s super convenient.
