0 Stars. 0. I waited two freaking months to be seen as a new patient, because I want to get healthy. I go to my appointment, and oh! It was last week! They told me the wrong day when they called to confirm my appointment. And they couldn't work me in. And I'm a baptist health employee on top of that! Way to take care of people.
The Doctor Rice was considerate and said to let him know if I didn't feel any better after putting me on a medication azithromycin. I called back and talked to a nurse or an assistant when I got home about the drug. So I even had concerns about it the same day after picking it up at pharmacy. I had the illness for 6 days before even going in and was only coughing and sore throat, slight chills were over. After reading the reviews, I went in expecting the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was courteous and wait time was very short both in waiting room and in exam room.
I went here after I got off work. I arrived at 735pm and there was a hand written sign that said they would be closing early per manager. I was very disappointed and needed to see a doctor.
