Went with my husband to make sure they knew what was wrong with him. The APRN Kimberly Brumly was the rudest and most uncaring nurse I’ve ever cane in contact with. She slapped the table and yelled at my husband. Told my husband she had chronic pain well quite frankly we don’t care. We wasn’t there for her we was there for him. I called the practice manager to complain but I doubt anything was said or done. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE going there and they need to fire that Woman. DOT physical here has ridiculous requirements. They'll pull something that happened to you 20+ years ago and make you go to a doctor for a test and letter that you're ok. Not coming back.
They are nice
Baptist is so expensive. We have really good insurance and it still cost a fortune. I was hoping that this place would be better than their ER, but it wasn't. In addition, the people here are very rude and the wait time is very long. Don't waste your time here.
