Had to go to recertify my DOT card. I was told that it might be a bit because they were getting ready to go to lunch but I only waited about 5 minutes after finishing the paperwork before I got called back. I was seen shortly after I was put into a room and everyone there was very nice and professional and courteous. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. No complaints about this place.
This place is very efficient and the staff works hard to get you in and out. I've always been treated respectfully and without judgement which is very appreciated.
Had to go get a drug screening done for a new job and as soon as I walked in I was made to feel welcome. All of the staff/nurses were absolutely phenomenal and kind. I wouldn't mind coming back here if I needed to. I'm highly impressed with the people skills, especially in medicine, sometimes they are the meanest people. Awesome job, wish I could give 10 stars!
Dr. Berlin very compassionate doctor and listens to what you have to say and he seems to really care and that means a lot when you’re talking to your physician. I highly recommend him if I could give him 10 stars I would!
