I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent appointment. Despite arriving five minutes early for my 1:30 PM appointment, I was not called in until 2:30 PM. A patient who arrived at 2:00 PM was seen before me, which I found perplexing. Subsequently, I was directed by Amy to have lab work completed. Pam. Rudest woman I’ve “never” spoke to. We’ve been playing phone tag since may. I have called back or on my own since may never have been answered when called back, always days later. Anyways, she left a smart voice message and decided to break bad news over the voice mail. Completely unprofessional… no bedside manner. Just classless !!
