I'm a year out from Gastric Sleeve surgery and I've now lost 90 lbs. This tool saved my life and I am now off all but 1 medication, and that is for fibromyalgia. Dr. Gore and his staff are great. This is not a quick and easy fix, and you do have to follow healthy eating and make good choices, but for me this has been so worth it. Thankful for Dr. Gore and all the staff at Baptist Health Floyd for giving me my life back and hopefully extending my life, and vastly improving the quality of my life. <3

Moved from El Paso Tx. May 2020. On a keto diet at 451 lbs.Had a gastric sleeve done on April 2021(392lbs.).Started at Planet Fitness(Feb. 2022) every morn at 4 a.m for at first one hour now one hour fourty five mins.
