Don’t deal with charlotte Davis. My credit is perfect and had numerous loans over the years with this credit union I usually don’t deal with her. This was my first and last. I’m closing out my account here. Started on Christmas Eve. Told her I was in a hurry and needed to get this done bc they closed at noon that day. She ran my credit bc it popped up in my email about 10 am. 2 hours went by and she never got back with me and let me know a thing. Charge for everything even for a pin change.
Mobile deposit states that deposits made before 5PM would be credited to your account that day. Apparently just because it stated that does not make it so. I initiated mobile deposit on Friday, early AM. Still don't have my money available and they are saying it will be one more day! Mad is an understatement right now!
I probably stop 🛑 by here monthly. Everyone is usually nice. I can tell though, that they really don't want to be there.
