Dr. Digman is by far, the best urologist I have ever visited. She is extremely thorough. Very patient. Listens to every word you have to say, and instead of talking to you, she talks with you. She explains every possible option methodically. I can't say enough about my experience. I can say, I have definitely found my go-to doctor/surgeon for any urology needs.
This is a poorly managed clinic. They don't explain things to the patient. They didn't explain anything to my wife, so we wasted our time coming to the doctor's appointment today. Nobody bothered to tell her to come in days earlier to get a blood test before the appointment. They also advertise that it's easy to use their Patient Portal, but it's been a nightmare for us. Dr Lindsay has students with him which I like. It’s shows confidence in his skills. High praise for Theresa and her office staff as they are not only pleasant on every visit but prompt and efficient.
My wife was in the Pensacola branch for 12 day's. Although on some levels her care was very good, we had one big problem. Prior to incubating her they did not remove her contact lens. By the next day she had developed a severe corneal infection. In the next 11 day's we never saw the eye doctor again other than the first day when he gave her an eye drop to put in twice a day plus a salve. By the time I got her to our eye doctor the infection was so severe that for the next 36 hours I had to get her up every hour on the hour ... read more
Dr. Daum treated my husband for an infection, which in reality was cancer! He also falsely and purposely misdiagnosed me. Medical Slander... He changed medications a Cardiologist had me on... He is not honest at all...
The best primary care provider I’ve had in a long time, very knowledgeable and caring, couldn’t be happier
Had an ap w Daum for 2:30 on a wed. Office worker Coleen called Tue saying Daum wouldn't be there but had opening at 2:15. I tried45 minutes to call them was put on hold. Coleen said apt was taken and had nothing on Wed. My daughter had taken off work to take me. So I had to cancel. Also dawns nurse doesn't review meds and can't take a BP correctly. Dawn rushes in and out wo talking. Do not go to these ppl! They border on total malpractice !
Was very sick. Couldn’t see my Doctor so went to this urgent care. I wasn’t even able to C a Doctor only a medical assistant, not even a PA. She swiped my nose & throat and without a prescription told me we will let you know results in 2 days. I had Covid. I am 82. I would never return
