I am deeply disappointed with the communication this facility, it is extremley difficult to get through and staff frequently fail too assist my 99 years young grandmother in accsessing her bedside phone . Further more when i asked for her bedside number , they said they couldnt give it out as its a privacy issue ( they know that i have it , i didnt want to call every bedside phone disturbing other elderly people)or causing them any unnesessary worry or inconvenience them.
