Amazing place to work. Amazing atmosphere with friendly residents and excellent staff. Best management who make you feel like you are doing a great job and are very approachable
When visiting my sister, I’ve always been so impressed with the care shown to her by the staff. She enjoys the food and the care.
Absolutely terrible facility. Staff at the front desk are rude and unhelpful. Management seems only concerned about arse covering and has no concern for the residents that have been locked in their rooms for months on end. Complaints regarding the food are met with the response that they are short staffed and there’s nothing they can do. Staff shortages shouldn’t result in poor attitude. Think long and hard before putting a loved one in this prison camp
