Edward could not have come across less interested, and demonstrated zero interpersonal skills. Did not ask about my job or day-today activity to determine impact on injury recovery etc - I am a physio myself by the way. Extremely basic AROM assessment, nil PROM, or biomechanics ax. to determine outcome measure prior to treatment. Mediocre "massage" of one area with no assessment of which muscles were actually tight/overactive affecting range or pain. Could have trigger-balled more effectively myself.
