Not very professional. I went online to book an appointment and it would not allow me to confirm the appointment as a first time customer. So I called several times. Got a voicemail. I left two messages to try to confirm the appointment and sent a text message. After 24 hours no one ever replied back. Very unprofessional. How can you run a business when you don’t answer the phone? Why are you tell someone they need to call to make an appointment when you’re unable to reach anyone?

The best around! If you can get on Jennifer’s schedule it will be life changing. She always assesses you at intake to verify any particular issues your body is having. Highly recommend!!
Jennifer is very knowledgeable about how the body works and what is needed to help you recover/improve. She also has great contacts if she believes you need additional help outside of massage therapy.
It’s rare to find an LMBT as knowledgeable as Jennifer. I’ve had half a dozen spine/spinal cord surgeries in 15 years and have been injured by more than one PTs (or physical terrorists as I call them). Jennifer is a joy to work with on a personal level. I would highly recommend her to anybody seeking relief.
