Visited you on Christmas time - 4 months passed but nothing changed... I loved this FBO so much for many years. But now they decided to change the ceiling lights to cheap LED: looks ugly and uncomfortable for eyes. Kindly ask to switch back to old lights that worked on reflection from ceiling and gave nice soft and uniform light. Don't ruin luxury and comfort by saving couples penny
I’ve been to a lot of FBOs as a pilot but this one by far is one of the best i have ever been to. The CSR’s are amazing and all the line technicians seem to be able to know what you want before you ask. Departed out of here for an early morning turn and the line staff had newspapers and a bucket of ice waiting next to the aircraft before i even got there. Absolutely amazing FBO.
