I had a great experience at Banyan Air Service with Erica. I was in desperate need of a pilot shirt on a day their pro shop was closed, but she went out of her way to check inventory, and had it ready for me at the front desk. They saved the day! I can tell this business is customer first.
I’ve been coming to Banyan for a little over 2 years in a Lear60. Banyan continues to amaze me for their excellent customer service and timeliness. Every time I arrive or depart, there is someone already waiting for me plane side asking me what services are needed.
