I am extremely happy with this company. I bought a couch a month ago, heard a loud pop while sitting one night. Was super upset and thought I wasted a couple thousand on some junk. The owner came to my house and completely checked the whole couch, made a couple adjustments and gave me some information regarding my couch and its warranty. I bought a lift chair. the price was good. The Ultracomfort Lift Recliner was excellent. They had a lot of floor models to try. The eclipse feature on the chair makes it the most comfortable on the market. The guys were great. Delivery of the ordered chair was quick and the men who brought it to Dubuque were great.
Drove up from stockton Il got there a little afternoon, no one there and no sign on the door . Called later the excuse was he had to do errands
