Banterra is a local bank with no bells/whistles. My card expired on 6/30, and a system error meant that replacement cards weren't sent out on time. I had previously received a card expiring on 10/27, and Banterra said it cannot be activated. I was also informed that there is no way to get my card on my iphone for Apple pay, so I am stuck without any means to pay bills for a minimum of 7 business days... over a holiday weekend.
