Very polite and very helpful a pleasure to do business with them
I had been having trouble getting to use the mobile app. I finally had a business day off work to go to the bank to get help. Nicole was fabulous. She walked me through it and made sure that I could do it on my own before I left. Super sweet lady. Nice personality and funny. She was so incredibly helpful and so nice about doing it.
