I highly recommend Banterra Bank in McLeansboro! The entire team is absolutely excellent. They were able to resolve all of our questions and issues, even with my mother having a bit of a language barrier—they handled it with such patience and understanding. Specifically, Cindy and the manager, Lisa, went above and beyond. Their help, kindness, and genuine interest in making sure we were taken care of made us feel completely at home. It's rare to find such a wonderful team.
The person was very helpful with what I needed to get done she had me a new account setup in no time...
