A great experience.
I had to open an account at Banterra in order to cash 30 year old US Savings Bonds. I really had no choice since Kristin had already stamped the front of them with the Banterra stamp. The process of opening an account seemed rather long to me and some papers had to be reprinted since I found errors in the original copies. However, Kristin was most courteous and pleasant during the entire interaction. I now must be a Banterra customer for 6 months before I can finally cash the US Savings Bonds.
