Been banking here for almost 2 years and the employees here are the absolute best I’ve ever had! They make me feel like family every time I walk in the door!
I would like to take the time to recognize Amy Wilton a sr.banker at the mt.vernon branch ..i had fraud on my bank card recently and Amy went above and beyond and spent time to help me get the issue resolved ..Amy is always very pleasant and helpful..she is a true assest to banterra.
I would like to take the time to personally recognize Amy Wilton a sr banker at the mt.vernon branch..Amy is the best...i had a situation where fraud occured on my bank card....Amy took an incredible amount of time to not only get me a new card but go over each of my monthly bills that are tied to my card so that i could update them with each one..she also mentioned some programs the bank has to further protect me..Amy is a fantastic assest to banterra.
Excellent service in opening a couple of CDs. My first time banking here, but Tracy made the process a breeze
