I have had positive interactions with the all the bank tellers at Bantterra. I did not have a positive experience however trying to secure a home loan,the obvious reason for 4 out of 5 stars. I made a swift change to a bank in Carbondale however and was accepted right away..... That has alot to do with the actual individual who is sitting on the other side of the desk as much as the bank itself.🤷
