The manager that was there at the bank today really lacks custumer service
Lack of customer service and product knowledge at this branch. Scotia Bank and the branch managers should invest in their employees and train them. Basic training is all that is needed in this branch. I had to go back to this branch 3 times to pay a tax bill as you are always waiting a long time to get service. The manager should be able to jump in in a pinch to support the clients waiting, not to mention the lack of staff. Try and help the clients who have accounts with you rather than being blunt and saying ‘oh we will charge you this much for a service’ which is actually FREE! Don’t know the name of the FSR who was working on September 3, 2024 but you really need to work on your customer service! Pathetic experience, never coming back to this branch ever again.
