A joke a of bank with some of the most useless advisors possible. Had my business account there, with their head of business accounts being one of the most incompetent people in the whole island of Montreal. the best thing this place has it it’s easily located to BMO a much better bank so switching is at least not out of the way.
Lack of customer service and product knowledge at this branch. Scotia Bank and the branch managers should invest in their employees and train them. Basic training is all that is needed in this branch. I had to go back to this branch 3 times to pay a property tax bill. The waiting time is long to get service. The manager should be able to jump in in a pinch to support the customers waiting - lack of staff. Coming from Toronto where the head office is located, it is surprising to see the difference in custom service in Quebec.... read more
