I visited this bank because I had to make a payment here. They were very helpful and friendly. The branch was very quiet, there were no customers.
If you are debating to open a scotia bank account and don’t know which branch to choose, don’t pick this one. It’s too small therefore not as 360- in terms of services and workers available. I have a business account and can never meet with a counsellor. Pick the nuns island or the old port or even the Fairmount one.
This is by far the worst bank branch I ever been. They just don’t care at all.
