Nathaly at this branch is very professional and on the ball.
Very nice people but they are not capable. very disorganized and unable to complete simple actions without clarification and follow up several times.

They are usually nice but not helpful, no knowledge of the processes. They do their KYC every single time I go to this branch, it is tiring and annoying. Now, because they reentered my (same) address as new when doing their KYC, I can’t get a replacement card sent to my home and have to return to the branch a second time. I’ll go to a different one.
