They are usually nice but not helpful, no knowledge of the processes. They do their KYC every single time I go to this branch, it is tiring and annoying. Now, because they reentered my (same) address as new when doing their KYC, I can’t get a replacement card sent to my home and have to return to the branch a second time. I’ll go to a different one.
ATM hours: 9am-10pm 7 days a week. As per their opening hours sheet. Summer 2025

Horrible branch, closed on a day of open hours because they are “short staffed”… would not let me pick up a credit card that got delivered to them weeks prior. On top of that, they never called to let me know the card was ready.
