This branch offers nothing but disappointment and shitty service. Ive been trying to get them to transfer a registered account from Desjardins to Scotia for over 1 year and they still havent completed the forms to get Desjardins to transfer de funds and account. Mohamed was the first point of contact and simply doesn't respond to emails, calls or voicemails and now Lynn was supposed to get this all fixed and now she also doesn't answer her emails and calls after the first touch point.
