Very unprofessional and lazy and the lending agents aren’t trained properly and this branch doesn’t care about there clients

The employees and managers need training in customer service, Horrible experience and a waste of time. As a small business owner I will be moving my business to another bank. I literally cannot believe how I was treated as a client, If I could rate this bank a minus 5 stars I would. Seems par for the course with all the other reviews way to go Scotia bank
Mohamed Cherif Mahouachi is the most professional, honest and genuinely friendly Investment & Personal Banking Specialist I have ever encountered. I book appointments exclusively with him because of his extensive knowledge of investment strategies, mutual funds, and other securities. I also highly value how responsive he is to simple investment banking requests over email. He goes above and beyond client service expectations which is why I trust him more than anyone else to handle my banking needs.
Badra Bouzidy was to close out my line of credit and another account and despite reaching out to her several times have never heard back from her and its impossible to reach anyone at the actual branch location. Terrible customer service
