This morning, I called the bank to ask about a process I needed to complete, and I was told that I had to go directly to the branch. We arrived at 4:15 PM, and according to the posted hours, the branch closes at 5:00 PM. The young employee at the front desk did not even ask what we needed at first. After we explained the situation and handed over our bank cards, he told us that the transaction could not be completed and that we should come back tomorrow. Lady at desk is rude and looks like the mean woman from mulan
Met with an advisor for a new credit card, I asked to pause application process, when I tried to reach back the advisor it took forever. Eventually she got a hold of me, asked to send new documents, which I did. Never heard back. Called again, I was told she will reach out to me. She did two weeks after, asked for the same documents, I sent again, and no answer nor update from them. Very terrible and long service.
