This morning, I called the bank to ask about a process I needed to complete, and I was told that I had to go directly to the branch. We arrived at 4:15 PM, and according to the posted hours, the branch closes at 5:00 PM. The young employee at the front desk did not even ask what we needed at first. After we explained the situation and handed over our bank cards, he told us that the transaction could not be completed and that we should come back tomorrow.
