8 people waiting at the reception but not one is working, but that would be expected at any Scotiabank branch. The 1.9 star is a perfect reflection of what kind of service you would be receiving at this bank. What can I say? Although it is pretty bad at any Canadian 5 big banks but, Scotiabank managed to stand out to be the worst among them.😂
