Safe your self sometime and dont go here. They are so rude ask you million of questions pretending to be a cop very nosy about your money and unprofessional. Scotia is a bad bank their wait time is above sky unless your lucky day. The people on the phone very illiterate talks to you like they own your money. Uffff i have been in bad hands
there is two ladies on 2nd and third desk both sense and aticates to deal with scotia clients, they behave with their clients very rudely & showing them attitude. I really want to fire them from job because they don’t know how to help to client.
The Bank teller ( rajid or hasmed) i don’t remember his name fully I was in a rush , but he helped me open a new bank account with them and took the time made sure all points were made to 100% and not 50% or 20% only 100% he was very patient and nice , took me serious about my business and made sure i left satisfied of the service , best bank and happy to be part of the team
Manager at this branch should work for FBI. She took all my ID and my was reading my email. I just needed a draft. But in they denied to help me probably because I am wearing turban. I went to another branch they help me out with no issues. I am going to hand write a letter to GM of scotia regarding this. Good luck Manager.
