Service exécrable marqué par une grande incompétence, tant à la centrale que dans la succursale de La Prairie. Ils sont incapables de programmer des paiements automatisés, les paiements ne se font pas ce qui causera évidement une tâche au dossier de crédit qui sinon serait au top. On ne peut pas non plus rejoindre personne au téléphone malgré qu'on appelle à la succursale pour régler un problème si simple. On doit se présenter en personne en 2026. Ça fait dur pas à peu près.
Endroit très propre et le personnel au service à la clientèle très sympathique.
Là où on trouve les plus innocents de la ville.
The service here was the worst I have experienced at any bank. The staff’s attitude clearly changed when they heard me speaking English and it felt discriminatory and unprofessional. I will be filing a formal complaint and closing my accounts as a result.
