Helpful and nice people
I went to Scotiabank to renew my mortgage. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, but my actual appointment was a huge disappointment. I had a confirmed appointment with Chantal Bouchard, yet on the day of, she called to cancel because she had “another appointment.” This made me feel like my time and needs were not valued. It was unfair and unprofessional to cancel my appointment in favor of someone else’s. She suggested doing it over the phone, but for something as important as a mortgage, I wanted to meet in person.
