1 caissière seulement, 30 minutes d’attente, toujours 3 personnes devant moi, et un directeur devant son ordi qui prends pas la peine de se lever et venir servir ses clients. Bravo pour le service à la clientèle, j’ai fait la remarque au directeur, qui ne réponds qu’il a autre chose à faire…. Autre chose à faire que donner un service client? Vraiment?
