If I could give a -10 star review, I would. Run away from this branch! The staff here is completely incompetent and seems to change every few months. On multiple occasions, they have unilaterally altered loan terms and bank plans without customer knowledge—only to blame the errors on "new people learning." This has happened to me and several friends. Definitely do not trust the newest loan officer, A. He is as rude as they come. 2026

If i could give -10 review i would. This branch is very incompetent, changes incompetent workers every couple of months. They change bank fees, interest rates, and loans unilaterally without customers knowledge and always blame it on new people learning. This happened on multiple occasions to me and the few freeinds that use the same branch.
