Very unprofessional and rude.
It is one week I am trying to reach them by phone, waiting time is always 45 min and over, why, how comes all the day waiting time for whole week is 45 min?
The vibe was off. The branch is kind of outdated. The ATM feels like it's from the '90s. It's too slow. It will never be my primary bank, so I don't really care. Just didn't feel as welcome as you feel at RBC or TD.
ATMs didn't have any money.
