Very disappointed with the service. The associate I dealt with showed no sense of responsibility and clearly lacked the basic knowledge of how to communicate with clients in a respectful and professional manner. Instead of offering solutions or guidance, their attitude came across as careless and dismissive. A bank employee should be able to handle clients with courtesy and provide clear, helpful information—but that was not the case here.

Excellent service. Staff are courteous, efficient, and attentive. Booking an appointment was professional, but they also kindly fit me in as a walk-in because I failed to bring the proper papers. Professional, courteous and well-organized—makes banking here stress-free. And I really enjoyed the air conditioned atmosphere!

La Banque Tangerine j'ai jamais vu des employés aussi mal formés ils ne sont pas professionnels du tt de plus ils adore te dire une chose et en faire une autre je ne recommande pas du tt cette institution vraiment ils font dur prendre des fonds qui ne leur appartient pas dire que c une erreur promettre un remboursement dès le lendemain et finalement non sa et en plus quand tu viens pour acheter avec ta debit ya tjrs des problèmes techniques hors de leur pouvoir et c le client qui paie les pots cassé vraiment évitez cette ban... read more
