Politesse inexistante, je suis encore choquée du manque d'amabilité. Faire payer des frais pour ce genre de service c'est honteux.
What a useless waste of space! Worst business hours in the area plus they informed me that they are not a real bank so they don't deal with transactions. If you need to use the ATM outside of their stupid business hours you will be SOL. Seriously this place cannot disappear fast enough, what is even the point of it!? Not even open for one second on the weekend when most people need to use the ATM! Infuriating almost to the point of switching banks!
The blond hair acting like the director is really rude!! Cuts me off while I'm explaining my situation and pushing me away to another branch!
Traitement néfaste par manager aux cheveux blonds le 22 mai 2025 a 12:20-12:30. Personne mal-elevée et ineduquée qui pense etre en position de donner des ordres. Elle n'est pas apte a traiter avec la clientèle et encore moins d'etre en position de manager. Je suis entrain de considerer changer de banque a cause de cette experience.
