This have been those worse experiences I’ve had in banking. The mortgage specialist called me with a renual offer 2 months before it was due and I agreed and immediately told him I was good to move forward. After 6 weeks of waiting with no paperwork I decided to call him and at that time he told me that the offer had expired. This was 2 weeks before the due date. I basically was stuck to renew at a 6 point higher rate. I called the manager who never returned my call and call Scotia complain department and have not heard back... read more
