I can go to Td bank it's open on Saturday, but not Scotiabank in aylmer.
All around bad service and its not the first time, went in for debt consolidation loan , the rep was 30 minutes late for a 3:30 appointment, she wasn't even in the building... for the request didn't ask me for the loans/credit cards I wanted to clear, didn't ask for reasons. I know they lacked because CIBC asked all the correct awnsers . This was my main branch but changed for the one in hull a few years ago after a confrontation with the director. Terrible. Absolutely terrible branch and people. All is true with the reviews of a rude demeanor and a condescending attitude. You're playing with peoples money this is not a joke treat the customers with respect
Ils tentent d'aider, mais il n'y a aucun sens de l'urgence. Pas de suivis courriel, pas d'accueil - on a l'impression d'une succursale très mal organisée et les employés sembles être laissés à eux-mêmes. Ils ont l'air tout à fait perdus... et c'est parce qu'ils le sont.
