Clean and professional environment, staff is bilingual, kind, knowledgeable and understanding. They answered all of our questions and was quickly able to help us. The reason I'm giving this branch a 4 star rating is because they persistently tried to brush me off and kept telling me they couldn't help me but after going back and forth the manager finally made the change I so desperately was asking for to my account.
It's ok, on many instances saw lots of arrogance from more than one cashier but in the end, the manager is reasonable....at least.
Communication difficiles
I do not recommend this branch. Unfriendly service constantly, no customer interaction. Everyone working there is incompetent, every time they make mistakes they always blame the customer never resolving any issues. If you want to lose money this is the bank for you, if not stay far away from this place. They don’t even deserve 1 star.
