Very poor service
I've had a relationship with this bank for over 6+ years. I even have a mortgage with them which is still active. When attempting to make a purchase online with a well known american merchant, transaction failed, when I called them, despite being successfully authenticated and willing to even answer more security questions, they said I have to go to a branch to validate my identity to complete said transaction. They said this is always necessary for "big" purchases. And my card is now blocked. LOL ill just use a different ca... read more
