I've had a relationship with this bank for over 6+ years. I even have a mortgage with them which is still active. When attempting to make a purchase online with a well known american merchant, transaction failed, when I called them, despite being successfully authenticated and willing to even answer more security questions, they said I have to go to a branch to validate my identity to complete said transaction. I scheduled a phone appointment at 10:45am. I finally received a call at 1:30pm. My agent, Sara El Idrissi, was not only late, but rude and extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. Very unprofessional. I would never again make an appointment with this branch!
If you are expecting: friendly, professional services, this Not the branch for you. Find another branch where they actually care for clients.
