I scheduled a phone appointment at 10:45am. I finally received a call at 1:30pm. My agent, Sara El Idrissi, was not only late, but rude and extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. Very unprofessional. I would never again make an appointment with this branch!
If you are expecting: friendly, professional services, this Not the branch for you. Find another branch where they actually care for clients.

Whoever I dealt with on the phone for a line of credit was ill informed. They told me I didn’t have a pre approval when I could see I did in the app. They were entirely useless over the phone and provided 0 help
