Scam. Unfortunately took a mortgage with them and am forced to open accounts with them. Dayane lied and opened and overdraft account against my request. Very sketchy and unethical business practices

Really friendly and helpful staff, we opened our accounts to transfer our mortgage and had to visit the branch a few times before we moved. Big thanks to Nave!

I made a transfer from my saving account into checking, and a day later the money itself was back in my savings account, and there was no transaction. I made another transfer, but the money isn't transferred to checking. It gives me a reference number and that's it. Nothing happens. I can't get my money back. Tech support isn't responding. THIS IS NOT A BANK, IT'S A SCAM. Honestly it first time in my life.Never happened in another banks. Only scotia

Si j'avais pu donner une note de 0, je l'aurais fait. Il y a littéralement toujours des problèmes. Lorsque j'appelle le soutien en ligne, essayez de deviner... il y a un problème technique... Jamais de service, impossible de rejoindre la succursale non plus. Ce doit être la pire banque de l'histoire des banques, ou la 2e pire banque. C'est vraiment terrible. En gros, y'a personne qui peut m'aider, un conseil, si vous pensez changer de banque pour le mieux, pensez-y à 2 fois avant de choisir banque Merdia (Scotia).
