We're trying out this bank and their travel credit card. After cancelling a trip, our reimbursement took almost six months. And this is after many hours of gathering information, which they lost, TWICE. Then, at random times, they ask you to change password. OK, Fine! But they won't let me change it. TRY AGAIN LATER. I just want to log on, get my cc balance and log off to go to my other bank to transfer money. This should take 30 seconds. A brand new branch just opened in September 2025. Very clean and neat and offers a good service.
I really want to say I had an unforgettable service here. From coming in, the guy Albert was very welcoming. Vinay the financial advisor was superb. He was able to teach me many things. The guy Mokhdoom made sure I was taken care of. The guy Jeff too was able to answer my business needs as well. The staff here overall care about taking care of you. This isn't my nearest branch but I will definitely always bring my business here. Thank you to this new Branch for this experience!
Had a great experience dealing with Diane Rochford yesterday. She was quite fastidious, knowledgeable and patient. Helped us with 3 major transactions in a matter of a few minutes, despite server issues. Thinking of making this our home branch based on this experience. Thanks, Diane.
Horrible!! Terrible branch. The worst I ever been. It is an elderly woman white hair, she lack not only costumer service but manners, she seemed very angry to be there, her attitude was despicable, confronting every word, questioning why I couldn’t do that on the phone. She was smirking, rolling eyes, and arguing about everything. She wanted just to left alone to drink her coffee.
