Terrible ! Tried calling their 1-800 to make a complaint and someone will call you back within 24 hours. 10 days later I’m still waiting! Worse experience dealing with Scotia on the phone. Not branch related but can’t even locate an online general area to write a complaint for their main customer service. Can’t wait to pull my business!
The experience with the bank manager was so bad, he lied(credit card welcome bonus condition), he didn't even help to take note even though I told them I found the system Bug for them. The 2 ladies were kind and understood the issue from a client standpoint.
