This branch employs the most unprofessional bank teller I ever encounter & they have terribly inefficient service system. 3 people hang around the counter, while only one teller actually attends to customers. I arrived at 16h40, with only 2 people before me in line, waited 23 minutes for service, teller proceed to tell me that 'the bank is closed', and that I should respect the opening hours. The mostly negative reviews aren't for nothing. Had I checked their reviews prior, I wouldn't have wasted my time with them. I dealt with Vinay Gandhi for a mortgage application to transfer Mortgage from a different bank. The process and paper work took more than 4 months due to unnecessary delays on their end only for it to be a complete wast of time.
