There is only 1 teller open on Monday morning with 11 people waiting. If the bank was opened in Saturday’s, I am sure the service would be better. Also, there are boards covering all the original teller stations. Now only 2 teller stations open but 1 teller working. Does management not see how this is not the correct customer service!!!! When banks see a lot of customers, it would be advisable to add a teller.
