Honnêtement, c'est le pire service que j'ai eu. Pire banque que j'ai jamais eu affaire avec. leur personnel est incompétent et même le service à la clientèle n'a jamais été un bon service

Not a competent branch at all! Fancy building but they can’t even do a simple bank draft. They took 30 min of my time and then told me to go back next day morning cause their system has “issues”. I drove to Ottawa right after and they issued my bank draft in less than 10 min.
Très mauvais service. On peut vous faire attendre pendant des minutes alors que des conseillers sont disponibles et font semblant de travailler. Pourquoi ne simplement pas fermer cette succursale !!!
