Booked an online meeting twice and got ghosted twice. Update: Got a call from the branch explaining that the appointment was mistakenly assigned to another branch in Ontario by mistake. Seems to be a bug in the scheduling system. I really appreciate the call I got from the branch to address the issue. I have adjusted my review in consequence.
Ils mentent à propos de leur compte sans frais pour les aînés de 65 ans et plus. J'imagine que si vous avez un cas plus sérieux comment ils vous traiteront, je l'écris pour que les gens le sachent ! Le bureau des plaintes m'ont appelé, ils m’ont dit que je devais déposer ma pension de retraite à leur banque, et que c’est écrit en petits caractères à la fin. Encore des mensonges ! J’ai vérifié deux fois et rien n’est écrit nulle part.
If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. My experience here was absolutely atrocious. The person who handled my request showed up 10-15 mins late to our online meeting. Provided no updates through the process and left my emails unanswered when I was asking for updates. She essentially ghosted me while working my file.
