Horrible opening hours - management and personel never flexible or keen to help! Even when you are a 20 years customer who never got bank issue.. and the fact, that we can see that they still have computer working on Windows XP show how the bank underinvest on everything starting by their personel 🤷♂️this is last straw for me the lack of flexibility and willing to help is too much
Heures d’ouverture ne sont pas à jour sur Google et impossible de voir quel horaire est inscrit sur la porte. Je crois qu’ils ferment à 15h. En tout cas si vous travaillez de 9 à 5 bonne chance pour avoir un service
They don't update their hours on Google. So don't rely on what is posted on Google maps or you'll go in like I did only to find them closed. I went in to pay a bill with the teller, 20-25 minute wait in line, 20 minutes to pay the bill. Just ridiculous! The employees are nice, but I've never seen such slow, poor service. 8 people waiting in line and 2 tellers close their windows?! Closed on opened hours. Doors are open yet nobody inside is able to welcome clients and let them know the branch is not open. No signs or anything to let ppl know. Very unprofessional.
