Despite their website showing that the bank closed at 4 pm, when I showed up at 3:30, operations section was closed. The lady who was there was rude and condescending. When I mentioned that their site clearly stated that they were open, she said "we're closed" and literally shrugged her shoulders like she couldn't care less. Opening hours are joke. National bank already makes it nearly impossible to withdraw cash. Need to withdraw cash more than your debit limit? This is the only branch in the West island that is not cashless... And they're open from 10-2. Doesn't sound like customer service to me. Ridiculous. Update: learnt that you can only withdraw cash from your own branch. My branch is. "Cashless branch". Which means you need to order the cash. Welcome to the world where banks don't have cash...
