They don't update their hours on Google. So don't rely on what is posted on Google maps or you'll go in like I did only to find them closed. I went in to pay a bill with the teller, 20-25 minute wait in line, 20 minutes to pay the bill. Just ridiculous! The employees are nice, but I've never seen such slow, poor service. 8 people waiting in line and 2 tellers close their windows?! Closed on opened hours. Doors are open yet nobody inside is able to welcome clients and let them know the branch is not open. No signs or anything to let ppl know. Very unprofessional.
Service from this branch has always been excellent. The financial advisors do a great job and highly recommend both Sonia and Jason.
Customer service by phone is beyond terrible. I had problems logging online via app and the agent told me he can't help and that I need to go to my branch. No help at all. And lazy for not finding a solution.
Jason Bilmes takes very good care of us, more stars if there was an option.
