Service à la clientèle très médiocre . Mauvaise présentation de l’entreprise par l’équipe du service à la clientèle . Des employés qui maîtrise les concepts moins que les clients même . Language parlé très péjoratif . C’est maintenant la deuxième mauvaise expérience
Je me suis rendu a plusieurs reprises a cette banque dans les quatre derniers mois. J'ai meme fait des requetes assez specifiques, qui demandaient du temps. J'ai toujours ete tres bien servi par le staff, plus specifiquement. Maude, Dave et Mariana.
I had the worst banking experience with this branch from cashier to manager. When I had paid off my loan in total and after checking it in another branch, 12 days later, got to know that they made a big mistake and didn’t close my loan. After my follow up, they rudely told me that it was just a miscommunication, without any apology and after me getting serious, they accepted their mistake still no apology.
