The bank used to be open on Saturdays ,now they are closed, and the service at counter is poor,my wife was received with ideference by the clerk and would not serve her properly.She requested a receipt for her deposit at the counter and he just gave her a scribbled paper. She went home to make sure all was done.Very unfriendly and unprofessional behavior.

Je me suis présentée aujourd’hui en succursale pour refaire ma carte débit, que j’ai perdue. Premièrement, personne n’était au comptoir; j’ai dû appeler à voix haute pour que quelqu’un vienne enfin me servir. L’associé, Nitharsan Sivaparan, m’a demandé mes pièces d’identité. J’ai fourni trois pièces officielles, mais il m’a dit que le numéro de permis ne correspondait pas, ce qui est totalement impossible. Over the years the branch has declined in quality. Now it is cashless! That's right, a bank in which they don't accept cash when you need to do a payment. The employees have always been friendly and helpful, but the bank itself is becoming useless as more and more you can't do anything there and they redirect you to use the ATM or online banking. Plenty of free parking.
