Super discouraged with this bank. Signed up for a promotion in December for 600$. Said all you had to do was have direct deposit for your income and make two bill payments. We are now August and I haven't received anything. Had to go to the branch to have it figured out. And will only be getting 300$. Said there was more steps to do to get the 600$ but nothing more was written when I read the promotion. Absolute nonsense. The time I've spent having to figure it out and the errors made. Ça va me prendre 2 mois faire un rachat de pars. Et la personne me demande de nouveaux documents à jour pour étirer la sauce 😆 ils sont tellement lent que sa devient encore plus long de leur faute, car ils redemandent les même papiers à jour 😆 ceux j'ai envoyer au début ne sont plus bon sa l'air. Avec RBC 5 jours ouvrable et le dossier était traité. Banque à éviter à tout prix malheureusement.
