-5 more like it - biased, discriminatory and ignorant. God forbid you make mistakes in your past they will refuse even a chequing account. Too bad they don't tell you that when applying to avoid a negative hit on one's credit score. Tried applying and told it was misinformation on my credit report. They claimed it was cleared on their end and invited me to reapply and given vague answers thereafter as to why it was turned down. This branch has the absolute worst service ever!! The branch manager was supposed to make sure my mom's investments don't renew and of course he lied to her because she just got a renewal notice in the mail. We have been trying to reach the branch manager all week even left voice mail and NO RESPONSE. You can't do this go people and screw people over like that. people cannot afford to renew an investment that they were depending on.
