They have no idea what they're doing. They always pass the buck — telling me the next person will handle my issue, promising to call me back, but never actually following through. Doing business with them is the biggest decision I've ever regretted.

Well after sitting on the phone for more than a half an hour I've still never spoken to anyone who can help me. Their phone system is broken and all it does is put you into a continuous loop where it asks you to input the extension or dial by name and neither of those work it brings you back to the beginning so you can never talk to a human being and when I finally found a way to speak to a human being they told me that they were going to transfer me to my account manager and when he did that it told me that the number was o... read more
