I've been trying to reach the bank to see if I need to make an appointment to come into the branch in Montreal to try to settle my brother's estate without much luck or help from anyone who eventually answers the phone. The representatives have given me conflicting answers. My advise is to pull your money out when you have a chance. Try stuffing your mattress instead, even if the bed caught on fire you'd be better off. Make that a -5 stars.
As a photographer, I was taking photos of buildings when security from this bank approached me aggressively and questioned my intentions. This is the only place where this has ever happened to me. Very rude and unprofessional behavior.
Service téléphonique oufff😅Fait 2 ans je recoit les lettres de leurs clients car l'adresse n'a pas été changer et même en les appelant (car je me suis tanner d'ecrire "déménager" sur les lettres à renvoyer), sa change rien🫠Incable de trouver leur client dans leur systems avec juste le nom, ils ont besoin du numero de carte mais moi aucune idée... Situation de marde, 2 ans j'endure et qu'ils règlent pas ce soucis.
