Bad experience. It really sucks when you buy an antibiotic for 6 year at Marion store, go home at Woodcroft and did not find measurable cup or syringe to measure the medications in the packet ! Pls let the customer make aware to buy the measuring cup if that simple inexpensive thing drains your momentous profit margin! Happy to pay 50c. A reminder would be great help !

I am posting this on behalf of my mother regarding a recent experience at this pharmacy. My mother was advised that she owed $7.70 for a prescription that had already been paid for by me the previous week. Thankfully, we had kept the receipt, which allowed her to return to the pharmacy and query the charge after it was brought to her attention. One of the worst pharmacies we have visited. My husband and I have visited this pharmacy many times as we shop at the local foodland and there are always so many staff behind the counter that look bored and rude. The customer service is appalling and that applies to so many of the Terry White pharmacies. Staff looked like that had nothing to do, there were too many of them, they couldn't care less and they didn't even bother looking at the customers. When we visited, they were having a conversation between themselves.

I have called 5 times over the last month asking them to order a shingrex booster vaccine and on every occasion they take my phone number and name to order it and say every time that this time they will call me back and then when I ring to follow up it's always "oh, did you order it or we've run out". Husband and I booked last minute for a flu shot at Mitchelton TWC. Manreet attended to us and we were most impressed by her depth of knowledge, professionalism and caring. Been going there for years since 2014 . Stopped about 16 months ago . Was told by a lady serving i had a unpaid medical script that had to be paid. I said ill come in a few days on my pension day and fix up the bill for $7.70 Aud . Then told couldnt leave the shop unless i paid it now . I now go to bailey centre pharmacy . Medical scripts cheaper for pensioners . And every staff member are wonderfull . Parking at times a hassle . But well worth the change .
