So, I've ordered from this company 3 times. This last time was a little rough, because I purchased my backdrop banner later on a Friday night, and the 3 day shipping said I could have it by Wednesday that following week, and I did need it by then. Of course, It's Thanksgiving that week, and the shipping shouldn't have said Wednesday was ok. These guys followed through and still got my product to me that Wednesday. Great products, great prices, great service and would never order from anywhere else
