I ordered a table runner and after they tried to add $50 on for colour matching, they then tried to withhold $50 as an "admin fee" when I asked to cancel. No printing had started so it should have been a clean full refund. I'd warn you not to shop with them but they're shutting their doors forever at the end of the month anyway, so they won't be around to rip anyone off which is amazing. Great quality, fast and reliable service
Customer service was very poor. My invoice was paid but the job was not completed until I made a number of phone calls to the head office. In the end, the banners turned out great and the communication improved.
Very enjoyable company to deal with. Product is excellent and good value, they add value with their suggestions and super fast delivery. I have now ordered numerous banners and all have been 1st class, thanks Bannershop
My banners had scratches and holes, it was like they repurposed an old beat up frame and base from the tip and added our art. I got two banners, the colours were different on each one so i couldn't put them side by side... the quality was the worst. I sent pictures to ask what on earth had happened and they ghosted me. I guess you get what you pay for, but don't waste your time or money.
