Completely incompetent. We regrettably used Bannermans to draft and consolidate a by law for our strata building on the condition they included a document that had been agreed on by the strata committee. What should have been a black and white exercise turned into a costly mess that didn’t deliver on what was agreed. A shout out to Milan Sian who has been completely useless. When AI comes for white collar jobs, I can only hope it comes for these guys first.
