I absolutely love Dr. Landin and her staff. Everyone there is great and so helpful.
I was so very excited about the day of the surgery, it's a superb experience also it didn't take that long during the process of the surgery, It was an absolute successful surgery 👏 👏 and a 1 day hospital stay. Dr. Lovato is a Excellent surgeon she made me feel so confident in her trusting her with my body during the process. . This was my 1st meeting here.. I've been dealing with a different provider after being drug along for 3 months aftern I was oked for surgery. The staff was nice Quick & kind. Call backs were returned in good time. My concerns were addressed..Dr Landon showed me kindness compassion understanding no judgment.and didn't beat around the bush. She came with all my records.she was very well informed of my medical history. .1st visit amazing
The reason there is two stars and not one is because Dr. Lovato and her medical nurses/assistants are outstanding. The reason I can't boast any further than that is because the staff in this office are a mess. I have had problems with the scheduler, getting calls back, getting accurate estimates on procedure costs because they were using the wrong billing code. I've been scheduled with out of network providers that became in-network less than a week later and the office would not do anything to assist in appealing with my in... read more
